You can park directly outside the building after 5:30pm Monday to Friday and on weekends. Otherwise, there is a carpark that is less than a 3 minute walk away. Cannon Square Car Park, SE18 6TE.

Public Transport

We are a 3 minute walk from the Woolwich Elizabeth Line Station and a 5 minute walk from Woolwich Arsenal Station if you are travelling by Rail or
DLR.

To find us, follow these directions

  1. From the glass front main doors of our current building, continue walking straight ahead.
  2. Pass 7R fitness studios on your right side.
  3. Keep walking all the way out of the car park, then turn right.
  4. Walk a few paces until you reach a set of green gates on your right hand side. 
  5. Walk through those green gates, and we will be the first unit on your left as you enter.
  6. Come in through the side door, walk up the stairs, and you’ll find our new location!
 
It’s just a quick 3-minute walk from the glass front doors, making it as convenient as ever for you to continue enjoying our services.

Woolwich Pricing & Membership

Reformer class passes range from drop-ins, monthly and yearly membership depending on your choice of class pass.

If you have not done reformer Pilates before, we recommend the Reformer Introduction Offer for £27. Or if you are experienced try the eight class pass for £159.

  • Introduction Offer £27

    This is an introduction offer for new clients only. It can only be purchased once and must be used within 30 days of purchase date. It can be used on any of the classes.

  • Drop-In £27

    Single drop in class that expires within 30 days of purchase. All levels are welcome.

  • One-To-One £60

    One-to-One Reformer Pilates Session If you have never used a reformer before or you simply want to have a program that is designed and developed for your body's specific needs. Then a One-to-One session is perfect for you. You will have our full and undivided attention for 45 minutes to help you get in the best shape of your life.
