The Reformer Fitness Teacher Training course is a very comprehensive and precise programme, which draws from the founders Rosi and Abi and expertise in teaching Dynamic Reformer Pilates for over 17 years.
The Reformer Fitness (RF) course is based on traditional Reformer Pilates exercises taught with countless modifications and variations. We have evolved the exercises to meet modern fitness needs and we have created a course that provides a sound explanation of movement selection, muscle recruitment, alignment, modification feedback, and progression. This course is endorsed by Active IQ.Dynamic Pilates is a blend of classical Pilates exercises and more athletic moves to create a high energy, creative, results driven class.
Dynamic Pilates class will typically move at quite a fast pace, meaning the transition between exercises is quick, but without compromising on the fundamental basics of Pilates. The RFTT course is delivered over 3 days with face-to-face learning.
