Our Classes

The classes we offer and schedules differ between each studio, so be sure to check the timetable for the studio you’re visiting.

Our classes are 45 mins of a dynamic flow, targeting small muscle groups and lengthening each muscle by slow and controlled movements. Our attention to detail, technique and posture are unparalleled. Each session will challenge you to build endurance and strength.

Our classes are specifically designed for all levels and our main focus is form and precision using innovative exercises to achieve maximum functionality.

The jump board is an attachment which we place at the end of the reformer. The jump board allows us to eliminate gravity and use springs to determine the impact of your jump. 

In the jump board class you will strengthens and lengthens the muscles as well as burns calories. 

Stretch and flow class is a very good option for anyone who is a beginner to Reformer Pilates as it is much slower pace class. 

Also fantastic for people that want a deeper stretch and some relaxation. 

The Tower is an apparatus that is attached to the Reformer that offers a more stable surface to work from. You will sit, stand or lie down on the reformer bed that will be placed on the reformer.

You will work with resistive springs that are attached to a Tower to build strength, flexibility and muscular endurance.
